The creation of the FoodChaseComp provides a standardized framework for addressing food loss and waste reduction in the EU food industry. It serves as a reference for innovative curriculum development, enhancing workforce skills and competencies. This framework guides the training of future Farm-to-Fork Specialists, facilitating industry alignment.
Our consortium designs a specialized curriculum addressing the real needs of the food supply chain, preventing food waste and loss through the creation of the From Farm-To-Fork Specialist role. This curriculum revolutionizes educational systems at both national and European levels, offering new competencies and job opportunities for the industry.
