The training pathway also offers participants the opportunity to take part in work-based learning activities after completing the online training modules. These activities are designed to provide practical experience and strengthen the competencies developed throughout the course.
The number of work-based learning hours available to each participant will depend on the number of modules completed. For every module attended, participants may undertake up to 100 hours of work-based learning.
